General Rules:
- Force CK (Character Kill) is not allowed at all cost.
CK will be allowed if the player agrees to.
Consequences for not obeying: Punished accordingly as "Powergaming".
- Massive OOC is not allowed in a RP Situation.
Players will spam OOC and crying because the RP doesn't go their way.
Consequences for not obeying: Punished accordingly as "Metagaming".
- Continue RPing if you think the other player is powergaming/metagaming.
Players RP in a different way, so sometimes it seems powergaming to you but it's actually it's not. Just continue RPing and grab SS/Video of the RP Situation and post a complaint if you strongly believes it's powergaming.
Consequences for not obeying: Punished accordingly as "Refusing to RP".
- Players are not allowed to return to a roleplay situation in which they have died (reached 0 HP) even if their friends/colleagues called them on radio ICly.
If players keep coming back again and again after death then the RP will never end. A new roleplay situation can only be created between the players once they have another in-character reason to do so.
Consequences for not obeying: Punished accordingly as "Revenge Killing(RK)", "Powergaming", or "metagaming" depending on the situation.
- OOC Dealings are never allowed no matter what.
This is an RP Server not an OOC Server.

- You need 4 National Guards on duty to break out of prison.
In real life, it's not easy to break out of prison as guards are everywhere.

It's really ugly to see someone on top of the car.
It's not roleplay to be on-top vehicle. As in real life you would fall off the vehicle and most probably get heavily injured.
Exception is when you RP sitting/standing on the back of the pickup truck that is actually able to carry
passengers in the back in Real Life, e.g: Bobcat etc

- Cop baiting is not allowed.
It is really Non-RP to see people shout and insult the cops just to make the cops chase them, In real life, people wouldn't really be really that brave to do so.
The definition for cop baiting may be; following cops without a proper roleplay reason, shouting and swearing in order to get them to arrest you, encouraging cops to follow you so that you may rob them or provoke to arrest you.

- Using binds in an RP situation is now restricted.
This is to numerous complaints because its unfair as binds can make the player's action fast and hard to retaliate. You can only use binds for commands such as /lock, /enter, /exit etc. but not for /me and /do. Using of Gun binds is allowed.

- 911 is for emergencies, not for baiting LEOs/Medics and rob/kidnap or any other action that brings threat upon them.
We need more serious roleplay other than robbing because it is too common nowadays to see people being robbed.

- When you're arrested in Jail or Prison, your phone, walkie talkie or any other communication devices is RPly confiscated, So they can't contact anyone through it when imprisoned/jailed.
Since in real life, anything found on suspects will be confiscated away from them and given back to them after they have done their time.

- You can RP being an imaginary faction or a real faction, but your fake badge wouldn't be legit UNLESS you're a hitman.
No one can create a perfect legit fake badges except Hitmen. So you can't RP saying its real etc.

- When LEOs has announced that bank(or any under place) is under lockdown, civilians are not allowed to enter.
It's very Non-RP when entering a place with cops everywhere in the area.

It doesn't mean you can't ((/pay)) your cash when you're unconscious - you'd still need to roleplay.

Selling illegal stuffs would not be allowed in advertisement(/ad). You would need to find a way to sell your illegal items without using (/ad) command.

- Drive and parking realistically/park at the nearest carpark.
No unnecessary 'lag slamming' or parking in undesignated place. You should only park in parking lots, if there isn't any parking lots provided - you are allowed to park at the side of the pavement.

- (/fix)ing is not allowed when getting chased or chasing another vehicle.
It is not realistic to fix a vehicle when driving.

It's really unrealistic get defended while getting chased by LEOs.

You may roleplay this by getting out a PDA and browsing through your databases and defending your client of any charges that were given to his person.
- Raping a player without OOC agreement.
You need to get victim's (the person you are going to rape) OOC agreement in order to rape him/her.

- Healing during gun fight.
You should not heal yourself during a gun battle in any way there is.
Even if you're escaping from the shooter, don't heal your self for a short time because the shooter can search for you and keep the gun battle, violation of this rule will get you being prisoned for ''Powergaming''.
Faction Rules:
- Tazing on water is not allowed at all.
It is non-RP to do so, so you'll just need to use /me and /do to RP'ly grab them.

- In a bank robbery or any similar emergency situation, the main aim is to get hostage safe then the second is to arrest criminal. Never fire a weapon if suspect still holding the hostages or didn't harm anyone. The aim is not to kill the suspect and get the reward money.
This is to avoid rushing of RP and the non-RPness by the LEOs which has been doing.

- Detaining suspect on a bike is not allowed.
It's unrealistic for people to be detained on a bike. In real life, the Police bikes are mostly for back up and for traffic polices.

- RP'ing getting the suspect's phone number from /MDC is not legit.
As people changes phone number often it won't be saved under MDC or automatically when they change phone numbers.

- Medics shouldn't be in any RP situation that involves violence - their job are only to heal NOT to help the LEOs.
Medics rarely showed up in most of the RP situation. They should be in the RP situation stated above as their job is to heal and save lives.
- LSFMD shall only use their firearm for defend and NOT to help enforcing crimes.
If they see someone in trouble, their only option is to call for back up from LEOs.

- LEOs are not allowed to shoot and kill prisoners in any situation EXCEPT when they are armed.
If the prisoners are misbehaving, just taze them.

- LEOs MUST RP detain.
This is to give chances for criminals to RP too.

- LEOs are not to assume someone that is in disguise on their faction as an imposter right away.
LEOs can only do an investigation ONLY when the imposter is suspicious.

- LEOs are not allowed to taze a player that is holding a weapon, unless the player is standing still and LEO taze from their back when they are not noticing.
If the player is holding a weapon, then LEOs must use the appropriate weapon according to the force matrix.

- LEOs are not allowed to give a player "auto Most Wanted" at all cost(Only 1 warrant per crime commited).
If the suspect is guilty of a crime that could lead to imprisonment, just give them their respective warrants then send them to Demorgan RPly and let the SANG do ((/ndeliver))

- Cadets in LSPD should now RP as dispatcher while doing desk duty.
When they received a 911 call. Cadets should command some units to be on scene.
