Hi,

I'm giving minecraft a try for the first time since v1.7, and I'm hoping to do so with my roommate. Problem is his computer still runs Windows 7, and mine runs Windows 10.

Is it possible for the normal and Win 10 versions to be played on multiplayer together? Or else is it possible to use the Win 7 version on 10 (or vice versa)?

Please help.
